Saint Louis Support Center is now offering a diverse and inclusive support peer group every other Sunday from 2:00 - 3:30 PM, beginning December 2, 2018.  It is not a therapy group, but rather a "safe & brave space" for those in attendance to reflect on what is happening in their lives, learn new techniques for managing stress, and to share their wisdom with others.

This group is appropriate for college/ graduate students and adults of all walks of life who are experiencing any of the following:

  • Ongoing chronic stress
  • Effects of past trauma
  • Caregiver related-stress
  • Parenting challenges
  • Living with effects of mental illness in the family
  • Chronic illness or health challenges
  • Work-related or school-related stress or burnout
  • Effects of racial bias in community or work-related spaces
  • Times of transition that are causing increased stress

Dates: Every Other Sunday, with a few weeks off for holidays

(12/2/18 --  12/16/18 --  1/13/18 -- 1/27/18 -- 2/10/18 -- 2/24/18 -- 3/10/18 -- 3/24/18 -- 4/7/18 -- 5/5/18 -- 5/19/18)  Group is still accepting additional members.

Details: Light refreshments provided. Group registration is capped at 10 participants per session.  

Cost: Donation-Based. Pay what you can afford and register/pay as you go
