SSC INTENTIONAL SELF-CARE PEER SUPPORT GROUP

Saint Louis Support Center is now offering a diverse and inclusive support peer group every other Sunday from 2:00 - 3:30 PM, beginning December 2, 2018.  It is not a therapy group, but rather a "safe & brave space" for those in attendance to reflect on what is happening in their lives, learn new techniques for managing stress, and to share their wisdom with others.
